Registration and User-Creation
Create users and manage them for video conferencing.
Login and Registration
On the ITISeasy.team homepage, you can log in to the system if you already have an existing account.
Furthermore, there is an option to create a new user by clicking the "Register" button.
For each conference room, you can configure the settings to determine which options are available to participants.
Creating Accounts
Using the "Register" option, the user can input their name, email, and password for the new account. By clicking the "Register" button, the user is created but remains inactive until an administrator approves the activation.
Managing Participants
As an administrative user, you have the "Organization" option available when you click on your username. In this view, you can manage participants.
By selecting "Not Yet Done," all user requests that still need confirmation will be displayed.
Approving New Users
By clicking on the three-dot icon, a menu will appear that allows you to approve or reject the user.
